Safari Cake
Baby Shower Cake. Three tiers all covered in Fondant. Bottom layer is white chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling, top two layers are lemon cake with a creamy lemon filling. Animals are made of gumpaste/fondant and palms trees are large pretzel sticks witih gumpaste/fondant palm fronds. Hope you enjoy.
