I'm taking a class at a cake shop in my area, and after never being able to master roses in my Wilton classes, I think I've got it! This was just a practice cake, so I went a little nuts with the buds and roses. Roses are sprayed with color mists, red first, then orange. Banana cake with caramel buttercream.
