Tootsie Roll Rose
I had read you could make a rose from a tootsie roll so I tried the theory out. This picture was taken the next morning.....apparently, they start melting rather quickly. LOL Next time I'll take a picture as soon as I finish.

very cool! it doesnt surprise me that it works because i've made roses out of chocolate clay, and thats more or less the same thing as a tootsie roll! Your rose came out beautiful! Well done
It's very pretty. You must live in a warm climate because I have made these several times and never had a problem :? :roll: Maybe you can refrigerate them before using them on a cake, etc. HTH
