I made this for GD, 3rd birthday.. It is the Romantic Castle set from Wilton. I only used 7 of the turets. My husband cut the bottom 1/4" or so off of them as suggested in a forum by some other CC's. I used RI, color purple for the cones, and rolled them in sugar crystals. The flowers are fondant. The decorations on the turets are RI. That really worked to stay on. The cakes are 10" WASC with the Oreo Cookie filling 6" Chocolate WASC, cho. syrup frosting. Buttercream leaves and icing. TFL
