Course Iii Tiered Cake on Cake Central

This is my third cake using fondant. It's ivory fondant (can't tell from dark picture), RI roses (two shades of yellow) and buttercream scrolls and bead border. I wasn't too happy with the top cake looking like a mushroom cap, I learned that I did not roll out the fondant enough, it was too thick and heavy. All in all, not bad I guess, and I learned a lot.

Wow - its just perfect (not sure why you aren't happy with the top (?)). Your roses are lovely and nicely incorporated into the scroll work. Great job with the fondant covering (I can never get it this smooth!).
