"see You Jimmy!"
this is a 2" round mini fruit cake. I intended to decorate them for the family at Christmas but wasn't able to in the end. I did a fun theme today instead to cheer things up a bit. This is a Jimmy hat....popular head wear (usually by drunk men!) in Scotland. :o) The hair is royal icing, the rest is fondant. I did a little You.Tube video showing how I make an impression of tartan....just a little snippet!
