Christmas Cake
My take on the cake made by "eight" which went straight into my favs. This is a new diabetic cake and diabetic buttercream icing I tried since this is my 3 yr old daughter's 1st xmas since being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I made the stockings out of Royal Icing.
You did a very nice job.. I would love those recipes as I have diabetes in the family and don't wish to exclude them from the goodies. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas!
