My first attempt at frozen buttercream transfer. Thanks Amy!! This was for my husband's work party (police). I gave myself extra room on the black bar to write out the block letters Traffic Management Unit, but chickened out (again), didn't want to ruin it. What is up with the black icing bleading pink .... argh!!!
