This cake was inspired by a cake I saw on CC by jsmith and loved the design. This cake was made using two 9" layers and one 8" layer in the middle for the "tied" pulled in effect. This was created for a 40th birthday party. The fondant covering the cake and all accent pieces were made using Satin Ice fondant.
