this was the most difficult cake ever. the bithday girl is allergic to eggs, milk, butter, soy and gluten! thank goodness for the allergy grocer. decided to use the doll as decoration so the birthday girl would be abe to play with her with no mess.
Woah.... can you please share your recipe... I'm sure I'll come across this someday.. Great work.
the allergen grocer on the internet carries gluten free mixes and i had use canola oil with a conversion chart to make icing. also since she was allergic to soy and milk i had to use almond milk.
