This was for a co-worker daughters. Their birthdays a few days apart. I didn't think about it, but the mother thought it was neat how the number of roses, 5 on one side kind of stood for one of her daughters turning 15, & the other 6 for 16 yrs old. The little cake was for the oldest daughter, she's such a girly girl, she wanted her own little cake.
