Beautiful cake. The colors and theme are really cute along with the "M". If you're having problems getting your buttercream smooth, try the Melvira method. I just started using it about a month ago and it's amazing.

You should be very proud! You're a natural, it turned out beautiful. BC is just like everything, practice, practice. I use a one of those flat plastic paddles to smooth, IDK what they are called.

This is a wonderful cake for your DD!!! The colours and design are just lovely...there are a few tricks to smoothing bc depending on what type you use..it'll come - don't worry about that!!! :) ;-D
