This cake is covered in fondx with accents of gumpaste and fondx. The Groom on top is fondx. The tires are modeling chocolate. At the back end of the bike is the "dirt" roost. (term for dirt that is kicked up from the tire). I made this out of royal icing with graham cracker crumbs pressed on it. There were 2 of them on either side of the back tire, but 1 broke. The Groom got the effect and that was all that counted. ;o)
