Fall Birthdays
I did this cake for our families annual Labor Day picnic. It is for all the birthdays that get missed during the winter months. The cake is a 12 inch hazlenut chocolate torted with a layer of bavarian cream filling and the other layer carmelized pears. Leaves are all gum paste and tree and branches are constructed from modelling chocolate. Thank you for looking
sorry forgot to add the frosting is buttercream not fondant.. lol didn't want to mess up in the editing :wink:
