Princess Tiered Cake
This is a cake for a woman's grand daughter who is turning 16. She wanted a tiered cake with a castle on top. I had never done a tiered cake, so I was very nervous. This is what I came up with. I think it turned out okay for the most part I just wish it would have been a little smother.
Wonderful job!!! I'm sure your client was very happy with it! What is the castle made out of? It looks like chocolate...but that would be a HECK of a candy mold! lol

No it wasn't chocolate, it was this castle thing that the client gave me to put on top of the cake. That was the only requirement, to put that thing on top. It was very heavy.
