The idea for this cake came from Beryl Byrd of Just Fabulous Pastries. It's white chocolate tiles brushed with mauve luster dust and fondant roses also dusted with mauve luster dust. Carrot cake with pineapple filling and cream cheese frosting. I actually made it for my mom's 51st birthday but it looks like a wedding cake!
