Mom's Birthday Cake
This cake is a raspberry cream cake topped with real raspberries. I used a very different type of icing - a pudding and cool whip combination so it was hard to get smooth. I was pleased with this and it tasted great!

Lydia - I got this recipe on this site - it is called raspberry and cream cake! It even includes a great filling - really, the whole thing is delicious, there is yogurt in the batter for the cake too!

This cake looks WONDERFUL! The red raspberries really pop against the yellow. Could you post the recipe for the frosting? Was it just a tub of cool whip and 1 box of pudding? Did you use Lemon? Great Job on this one!
