Unicorn Cake
can I just say... WHAT a pain in the tooter! The unicorn itself is white chocolate morsels melted. I made it three times before succombing to the fact that it would always break in two places; I'll just put some drop flowers on the leg and neck :) The horn is also white chocolate and it's brushed with luster dust. I love the way the grass turned out, but boy did my hand hurt after.. :) Thanks for looking!

I also hate the plastic pan I used. the stupid thing melted after ONE usage, and I was WELL below the 375 mark as stated on the instructions.
