Forklift Driver Birthday
I made this cake for a guy who works the forklifts at our store. it's marble cake with raspberry and Bettercreme icing for the filling. The forklift was carved out of a foam block them iced in royal icing. The figure and the pallets are made of fondant.

I agree that this job is exhausting, and it doesn't even pay off well.
