I made this cake once before and they loved it so much they ordered it again! It is a carrot cake iced and filled with cream cheese buttercream with poured chocolate ganache. Who knew the combo would be good? To make it different I put candied carrot around the bottom and chocolate grape leaves lightly brushed with gold on the top.
