I did the cake for a 30 year anniversary. I was short notice and the man was going to be surprising his wife with it. They had just given their daughter in marriage a couple weeks before (big bucks) so they decided not to do anything for their anniversary. He wanted to surprise her with this cake for the two of them. It was sweet! The number 30 I made out of white chocolate. It was champagne cake, strawberry cream filling, and champagne buttercream frosting. The pearls were edible also.
