This camera angle is a little wierd, but this was for my son's first birthday party. Noah and the animals are in melted chocolate in the style of Kaye and Liv Hansen (Whimsical Bakehouse). And I used an upside-down football pan.
Not at all! It's just like color flow or run-in sugar. Melt the colored white chocolate, Pipe an outline on waxed paper, then fill it in. When it's dry, flip it over to show the flat side. Really easy, and so much better tasting than color flow!!
