Tulip Wedding Cake
Dark chocolate mudcake filled with dark choc ganache. Covered in Fondx with handmade gumpaste tulips. The bride chose a cake i made for a bridal expo that had orchids on it, and changed it to tulips which was what she had on her wedding invitations. The tulips were colored with purple chalk and steamed.
So pretty!! I love the tulips and how the cakes are offset from each other!!

THOSE ARE GUMPASTE TULIPS!!!!!!! Holy moly! I lived in Holland and don't think I ever saw tulips as beautiful as these!
