I was asked to make this cake for my sister-in-laws mom's surprise party. They were throwing her the party just because and to also lift her spirits up after going through Kimo. So I got inspired by the invitation. This was my first teir cake I have ever made. I tried to make it have a little of everything that was on the invite, Plus make it look like a hat box, by it being a teir. The tippy top is an edible wafer we ordered from a great website. I was happy for my first teir.
