this is from the wiltons book. it was for a babys first birthday party. bc icing with mmf, top is vanilla with lemon curd filling and the bottom is vanilla with vanilla pudding filling.it looks wet because of the humidity( hate it when that happens).but i think it turned out pretty good. thanks for looking
