Hedgehog
This is one of my favourite cakes I have made as it was quite simple but effective.
I made an 8 inch cake and cut down to form the shape. There is a bit of waste but my children do not mind! The spikes are chocolate sticks and I put some green butter cream on the board with small blossom flowers.
please tell me how you shaped this cake?how you cut it down?
I just cut a triangle shape into the front of the cake and left the back round. I did not level off the cake so it is slightly rounded on top. Hope this helps.
