Birthday Cake
a variation on a 1st birthday cake i did for a 7 yr old girl. bottom tier is chocolate. top is white. both w/cookies n cream filling. iced in BC with fondant and BC accents. customer will be putting a candle in the middle of the flowers and butterflies on the top.
thank you. i used the 'melvira method' (learned here on CC) to smooth the buttercream. the cake actually looks smoother in the photo than it did in person but i'm not complaining. :D
