If you don't mind me asking...how much did you charge the bride for each one. I sell mine for $4 each and I always get.....'it's just a cookie'. You did a really great job.....the cookies are cute and it's always fun to do off themes for weddings.
Well, I only charge $12 per dozen & more for wrap sticks & ribbon....ingredients cost about roughly $7-$10 & making 100 of these, I made $95 or so. But cookies are time consuming, expecially wrapping them & putting ribbon on them...I am going to be raising the prices of the cookies depending on how detailed the decorating is. Around here, I am afraid to charge more, people would really feel I was overcharging, but they do not see the work that goes into them. I don't think people would pay $4 here...
