Quinceanera On Okinawa
This is a 14, 10, 8, 6, 6, half ball pan tiered yellow cake in buttercream with royal hydrangeas. The doll is part of the tradition and resembles the birthday girl's dress. It was my first cake of this size. It serves 164 people. They are such a lovely family and wanted their daughter to have a big party, even if it was so far away from home and family. Fun cake to do, but now I'm sore! LOL. Design by Peggy Porschen. Thanks for looking.
wow fantastic cake i really like they way you did her dress
wonderful job!
Hey girl i found you finally lol, i miss you guys and okinawa soo much your cakes look great, keep up the good work....
BEAUTIFUL......... JUST BEAUTIFUL !!
Where did you get your doll she has such a preyy face the doll I've been seeing are not pretty at all especially the Wilton dolls
She is a real Barbie. I wrapped her in the Glad self-sticking wrap, then inserted her into a small carved out hole in the cake. So the hole would help support her. She is standing in/on 3, 3 inch deep, 6 inch pans. Hope that helps! :D :D
