This was for my Wilton Course III that i was taking for the second time (the first teacher wasnt very good). I used marshmellow fondant dyed brown (it is not chocolate) with fondant roses. top layer is yellow cake with buttercream icing for decorations and the bottom tier is chocolate with chocolate icing under the fondant and buttercream for the decorations.
