Sheen Estevez B'day Cake
This was my son's 25th birthday cake, he is a big fan of Sheen Estevez (of Jimmy Neutron). The cake is yellow butter cake with strawberries and whipped cream filling, chocolate buttercream icing. I finished it off by dipping mongo strawberries in melted Wilton candy (1/2 dk. cocoa, 1/2 lt. cocoa and 1/2 cup of whipping cream), let them cool in the fridge and then zigzagged melted white candy across the top of the chocolate. Everybody dove for the cake and was enjoyed by all. Thanks for looking.
