Chocolate fudge cake with dark chocolate filling. Bottom acorn part is a 6" cake covered in chocolate frosting; acorn cap is are 8" and 6" rounds carved down and covered in dark chocolate frosting, and then decorated in dark chocolate fondant. Wanted to take more progress shots, but I got busy assembling things and forgot. Everything is edible except the rod in the middle, and the bottom half-ball of styrofoam. Squirrel is a plush toy.
