"I want a Frozen birthday cake nanny". White mud cake with fondant, bottom layer rainbow, top layer has bright spots inside. Royal icing snow. Olaf is modelling paste, the other figurines & light up tree are toys. Top of cake is blue toffee which is too thick to show the true color. The aqua blue toffee shards turned out beautiful but guess who forgot to take them to the venue! Haven't made toffee in years but it was so darn easy I will try and incorporate in design of my next cake.
