To make the wave design around the bottom tier of the serving cake, I used Wilton's Sugar Sheets. I cut the wave design out then covered each piece with buttercream. I layed the pieces in the confetti sprinkles to coat thoroughly. I used piping gel on the back side to attach to the cake.
