Hi, may I share my frozen cake, I know that this cake I made isn't beautiful just like the other frozen theme cake here in cake central but I am still proud of it. Elsa, Anna and Olaf were all sugar paste made by yours truly. ;-) used airbrush and snow flakes were made of fondant/gumpaste (for the big snowflakes) and wafer paper for the little snow flakes using punch cutters. Cake sizes 12, 8 and 6 3.5H each tier. all are chocolate cake covered with fondant over milk chocolate ganache with maraschino cherry filling. I used airbrush for the cake design.
