Birthday cake for my sister. It is a white cake with just a hint of orange/mango curd filling/sour cream white chocolate ganache flavored with orange & mango. Rose was beautiful when I finished it but I opened the windows & it became soft due to humidity. It caused some changes to the petals but I was able to save it by putting it in the oven with light on. It is not as pretty but still looks ok.
