All red velvet cake with IMBC. The Bride requested white chocolate so I added about another 50% of white chocolate ganache. The flowers are peonies my first time making them actually! Although I do think they look a little like cabbages =P but the bride insisted on green. A trick I learnt while making this cake: its ok to dump all your butter in at once when making IMBC! Just stop you mixer first.
