This is my daughter's birthday cake. My first attempt at a tosy turvy. The bottom tier is a 10" chocolate cake, the top is a vanilla cake both have cookies and cream filling. Covered in fondant with fondant and gumpaste accents. The unicorns are chocolate suckers and the windmills I bought. She is going to be 30 this year and still a young women at heart.
