i use parchment paper cones for this so that i can make the tip very small. The parchment bags i made were small and they were easier to handle. I hold the bag between my pointer finger and thumb. This gives me better control. thank you for the compliment :-)
I didn't know that wilton had a product for pouring fondant. I did this at school, using a commerical brand fondant and heating to a certain degrees then adding simple syrup to desired consistency
