I'm thinking of doing one of these for an office shower. How do you keep the cupcakes stable so that they look like a cake instead of a lot of cupcakes?
Get your board ready, stagger your cupcakes and line them up in the design you want. Try not to leave any gaps, then secure with a dot icing on the bottom, then ice as you would a sheet cake. Cupcakes for these need to be not to full when you bake them.
