I can't remeber exactly, Nickied527, but I think I shaped the torso with grey sugarpaste then stacked it on top of the black shorts. I then added the grey arms. I shaped the legs and boots as one in grey sugarpaste then cut thin black sugarpaste to cover the boots. I stuck a toothpick in the torso to support the head.
