yes all the angels were done individually. I used a bell mold with wet sugar for the skirt, a leaf cutter for the wings, sugar gun for the hair and icing for the heads, halos, and hearts. oh and by the way my daughters name is Summer

Never thought about the bell mold for modelling! Great advice - especially the golden harts are great.

A sugar gun has a small round tube which you put fondant icing into and then place a plunger type thing on top and squeeze down on it to press the icing through a selected mesh disc at the bottom. It depends on the disc used as to the end result you get, eg from a square shape length of icing or a round spagetti length or to lots of little string lengths. hope this makes sense

Wowwwww. I am in love with your angels. I need to make a sweet 16 cake for my neice in may of 2008 and she has angels for her theme. I hope they look as great as yours.
