I just decorated this for a little girl's 7th birthday. She was thrilled. It was my first experiment with any kind of castle cake.

The "body" of the castle is 3-8" square layers, the very top center cake is 2-2" layers. The towers are paper towel rolls with upside down sugar cones on top of them. It was a lot of fun making this cake!
