Zoo animal themed cake. Animals (except for Panda) made of marzipan. First time I've used this as a model medium and I'm not sure I like it. Maybe it was the brand. The fondant on this cake (green) was a nightmare for some reason. Loads of cracking a bulging. Hasn't happened this bad to me in ages! Supper frustrating. But I'm happy with my animals and LOVE the little monkey on the side.
