I wanted to make a cake so I could experiment with the ruffle piping technique. It was my first attempt, it's a bit sloppy but not bad for a first go.

This is a 5-tier chocolate cake with raspberry swiss meringue buttercream and toasted coconut filling.

Kinda like a raspberry ruffle bar in the UK
