This cake was a smidge stressful to make. Not the design, that was fine. But I bought some Choco-Pan fondant because they have it in navy (I didn't want to try to make navy... every time I color fondant deep colors, it just seems to look like elephant skin when I put it on a cake... Didn't want that hassle.) Anyways, it was tricky to work with, I had to use SO much icing sugar underneath the fondant, as I rolled it out, or it would completely stick to the silicone mat I was using. I did get it on, and wow, it rolls out crazy thin. It'll take me a bit to get used to using I think.
