Purple Rose
This is a cake I did for my moms birthday as practice. The top tier is pumpkin chocolate chip with chocolate ganache filing. the two bottom tiers are white with buttercream (trying new recipes), covered in fondant with royal icing piping. The sizes are 12", 10" and 6". I used 25 live purple roses. This is my first wedding cake.
