This is my version of Debbie Brown's Sugar Plum Fairy from her book - Enchanted Cakes. She's a white mud cake with Cadbury Dream ganache, then covered and decorated with fondant. The ballerina herself is hand modelled, no molds were used. The only inedible part of the cake is the lollipop stick used to attach the ballerina to the tutu.
