These were made for my brother while attending the Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games 2011. Beer cupcakes with chocolate frosting. McArthur tartan: Green fondant on top with black and yellow gel color. St. Andrew's flag: Blue and white fondant. (The one in the middle has a maple leaf- representing my Scottish-Canadian background.
