My first ever attempt at a carved cake. I think Thomas turned out quite good, although it took me a little longer than I expected, to make it!! Made for my son's 2nd birthday, along with matching cupcakes. Cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream. Cupcakes are white chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream.
